Good health is achieved through many means. Part of staying healthy is receiving good medical care. Part is being connected to those you love. Sleeping a sufficient number of hours nightly enables your body to rejuvenate, while healthy foods and regular exercise nourish your body.
There are other means by which you can maximize your sense of well-being. I have collected a number of wonderful practitioners from a number of disciplines who may also be able to help you achieve your very best health!

Debby’s adolescent years were spent in a full back brace to correct her curvature of the spine. After shedding the brace, she began her journey towards a stronger, more integrated body to relieve pain, and to lessen the progression of her scoliosis.
15 years ago, after trying a number of fitness options that combined strength, flexibility, and balance to manage her scoliosis, she turned to yoga for answers. Yoga helped Debby create symmetry in her body, and along the path, she found her true passion. While raising 3 boys, she not only developed her own dedicated yoga practice but also completed over 200 hours of course study, trainings and workshops. Her areas of concentration include vinyasa, yoga for scoliosis, yoga anatomy and movement, as well as techniques for self- therapy and injury prevention.
Now a certified hatha yoga teacher and registered with the Yoga Alliance, Debby feels at peace with her mind, body, and soul, and is excited to share her passion and experience with others. Through her emphasis on alignment, integration and the mind-body-breath connection, she guides her students through a challenging, yet safe practice, empowering them to reach their optimal potential.
Debby is eternally grateful for all the wisdom and positive energy her teachers and mentors have shared with her over the years and weaves a bit of their expertise into every class. She continues to explore new dimensions of yoga in her studies and remains a dedicated practitioner as well.
She is honored to be part of the Breathe community.
